The core part of VEMAX Management’s global business is continuously and effectively supporting clients of VEMAX Management. In order to facilitate this on a global basis, VEMAX Management has moved towards three levels of support. This support is primarily for software/business system users.

The three levels of support are:

  1. Site visits: VEMAX representatives will visit the site of the client to resolve on-site issues or will assist clients in visiting the VEMAX office nearest to their work site in order to facilitate resolution of ongoing support issues
  2. Telephone hot-line support: VEMAX Management offers a telephone hot-line support for all clients of VEMAX products and services. This support is regionally based to accommodate the specific time zones of the client. This telephone support is effective for business process solutions that require rapid remedy within a working day.
  3. Internet support site: Due to the global nature of VEMAX’s business, the internet has become a key component of VEMAX’s support infrastructure. The internet support site which is located at www.VEMAX.com enables current registered clients to access the latest information regarding solutions to frequently asked questions. The support site also enables all clients of VEMAX to communicate effectively with each other irrespective of regional time zone differences. The VEMAX support site has facilities for clients to download specific solutions for business problems; leave tips and techniques that have proven effective for them to be utilized by other users; and access current information regarding enhancements and current development status for the full VEMAX range of products and services. All of the VEMAX support activities are undertaken within a strict confidentiality code of conduct. Only registered clients of VEMAX can access the VEMAX internet support site which ensures confidentiality of information between VEMAX and our client base.

The cornerstone of VEMAX’s ongoing success is and will continue to be strong client support of our existing clients.
