Annual Maintenance Planning System (AMPS) is a Windows based application designed to
assist maintenance managers in planning annual and long
range maintenance tasks. AMPS is designed to meet the needs of
urban agencies for the management of the maintenance business.
Needs Based Maintenance Budgeting
AMPS enables maintenance managers to build their annual budgets for a
diverse set of activities. This budget is driven by needs determined
from an inventory of assets, their current condition and agency defined
levels of service.
Introduces Strategies
AMPS introduces the concept of strategies to the iBOS suite. Strategies
are the primary planning component in AMPS. Strategies are defined as a
set of activities required to satisfy the work requirement. Tracking
at Activity Level
By using strategies AMPS performs tracking at the activity level, allowing
for incremental performance improvement. Integrates With
DataViewer
AMPS Integrates with DataViewer and, therefore enables the user
to access the powerful analysis, querying and reporting features of DataViewer. |
