Senior Economist and Decision Analyst

Dr. Paul Christensen has over 20 years experience assessing the economic and risk implications of policy, management and investment strategies in transportation, infrastructure, land use and environment for both public and private sector clients. In addition to his work with VEMAX, Paul is a Professional Affiliate of the Department of Civil and Geological Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan where he conducts research in the area of life cycle design, performance and costing. He has taught classes and led workshops in economics, engineering economics, decision analysis, life cycle engineering and costing, and infrastructure management systems.
