Mr. Dewald has extensive experience both the public and private sector in the transportation industry. He specializes in the management and operation of transportation related assets such as roads, bridges, buildings and underground facilities. He is an expert in the use of asset management and maintenance management systems and processes whether services are delivered "in house" or through contracted means.

Clarence’s experience in the public sector is varied. It includes managing the delivery of large construction and maintenance programs, development and implementation of large computer systems, program planning at both the corporate and field level, Geographic Information Systems and Global positioning Systems.

He has applied his expertise in asset and maintenance management systems as a consultant in both the public sector and to a large privately owned construction company.

Clarence has a proven track record in working effectively with all levels of large organizations from senior level of management through to road workers, including such diverse groups as information technologists, maintenance engineers, foremen and superintendents, planners and program managers. His extensive experience in all aspects of managing large construction and maintenance programs enables him to relate positively to these individuals.

Mr. Dewald provides expert advice on all aspects of the management of public infrastructure including:
